| Hi bo bo, Interesting link.. First I would like to know the naming of country. Do you know what is the difference of United, Union, Republic, Federation. United State of America. Union of Myanmar, People republic of China, Russia Federation.

Cheers!!!1 hi ko ye kyi, it is quite interesting question... as a matter of fact, i only know some of broad ideas... not details.... as much as i know, united and union has same meaning.. just Adj and Noun.... meaning is a group of countries.. or a group of states which are losely controlled by the central gov.....but Federation is tighly controlled by the central gov and they tend to have a kind of ideology such as socialist.... Republic is a country which is governed by a group of prominent handful people... | |

| Hi bro. Thanks for your answer. As far as I know, in United State, State governor can define their own constitution for their state and they have to be elected by own state people. This is an idea of delegation.
Delegation is quite important in everywhere, it could be also considered as hierarchical managment.
Placing power in one cell is 19th Century idea. | |
